The Daily Dose Cafe

Morning toast with bacon RM12
Rating: 8/10

Latte RM9

Wacoal Salute Reigning Supreme Showcase Event

In celebration of Salute's 30th anniversary, Wacoal Malaysia showcased, on 6 September 2013, the latest collection of this supreme lingerie line at a party held at Parkson Gurney Plaza, Penang. Special thanks to Olivia Ng and Wacoal Malaysia for the invitation, it was my first time attending bra fashion show (the-only-ladies event)! :)

So thoughtful of them, some refreshments were served for the invited guests.

Embodying opulence and sophistication, the regal Salute ensembles of the evening had once again, captured the imagination of its 'devotees', who turned up ceremoniously in black or gold for the event themed ''Reigning Supreme''

Indeed, from brassieres and panties to garter belts, Salute (which literally means 'a gesture of respect or polite recogniton') has evolved just designing evening slips in 1983 in Japan, to creating a full range of intimate apperals beaming with the captivating hues and dashing details.

Today, as if a shimmering pearl afloat on the waves of luxurious lingerie, Salute by Wacoal is ever more radiant than it was shaped 30 years ago. More of xiu nai nai/matured style 少奶奶/熟女风 xD

Staying true to its aspiration of fulfilling Asian women's desire for European flair lingerie, Salute is produced precisely to suit petite frames. Wacoal's exclusive collaborations with avant-garde lacemakers lend a novel touch to the textile that has been held dear for centuries.

Before the event started, Constance and I.

Newly met lovely girl, Kharnyee and I.

Us, being surrounded by the lacy panties and brasseries.

Ahh, and I was so glad to meet the blogger of 蓝天白云数格子 , Sock Peng! I've been reading her blog since years. And she's so friendly and down-to-earth in person. hehe.

With Shelyn, who came late but just on time for the show that day xD

The fashion show started around 8pm. Presenting you the photos of the models cat walking with the Wacoal Salute Spring/Summer Collection 2013!

Lastly, a group picture with the girls! Had a great night gathered with them :)

Some love from Wacoal.

Continuing to flaunt the enduring and osentatious beauty of laces, the latest collection is ablaze with vibrant hues of floral motifs that seemingly spring into life with charm and vitality - attesting to Wacoal's decades of expertise in producing credible and well-love intimate apparels.

The latest Salute collection is available at Parkson Pavilion, Parkson KLCC and Parkson Gurney Plaza.
